ever since I got this job at the dean’s office I feel like I’ve literally been blessed with all these sisters. the one’s that work I’m my office and in the other offices have become family to me. their successes make me so happy and even though I don’t see done off them as often (which used to be everyday) I get super happy when I catch up with them or see what they’ve been up to. I’m truly going to miss them when we all graduate.

Prophet Muhammed ( SAWS ) said: “Purify these bodies of yours and Allah will purify you. There is no slave who spends the night in a state of purity but that an angel remains close to him. He does not pass an hour of the night without saying, ‘O Allah, forgive your slave. He spent the night in a state of purity.’” [Tabarani in Al-Awsat]
Prophet Muhammad ( saws ) said : ” Whoever says ‘subhanAllah wa bihamdhi’ 100 times during the day, his sins are wiped away even if they are as much as the foam of the sea.” In another hadeeth, Prophet Muhammad ( saws ) said : “A palm tree is planted in Jannah for whoever says ‘subhanAllah wa bihamdhi’ (Glory to Allah and praise Him) (Bukhari, AtTirmidhi)
Prophet Muhammad ( saws ) said: “Whoever gives iftaar to one who is fasting will have a reward like his, without that detracting from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.” (AtTirmidhi ). Today before rushing to break your fast, break someone else’s!

Our mothers are the true heroes behind the scenes. No matter how much we help them, they exert the most effort in preparing iftar not only for us, but they make sure they cook huge portions to feed others. And the most beautiful thing is that they do it lovingly and happily. May Allah forgive them and raise their ranks in Jannah. Ameen.
Prophet Muhammad (saws) said: “Whoever seeks forgiveness for the believing men and women, Allah will write for him a good deed for each believing man and woman.” ( AtTabrani) Today say the dua of Prophet Nuh (as): ‘My Lord! Forgive me and my parents and him who enters my home as a believer, and ALL the believing men and women’ (Surah Nuh, 28).
Allah swt made humans superior to all beings, (including angels!) because of our knowledge. Want to get closer to Allah? READ. Want Allah to raise you in status? READ. Want to fulfill your duty as a Muslim? READ. Want Jannah? READ. Today, learn something new and spread the knowledge. “Whoever teaches some knowledge will have the reward of the one who acts upon it…” (Albani). I’ll start! What was the miracle of Prophet Yusuf (as)? :)
